The Plot size that we have described here is about 1200 Square Feet (133 Yards) having dimensions of 30×40 Feet. This size is common to construct a house for middle class family, it’s designed by keeping in mind all utilities required for middle family.

According to Planning of Map is that covered by 3 sides buildings (keeping in mind to provide ventilation) and having one side road. So, Let’s move forward the details of Plan.

GROUND FLOOR PLAN FOR PLOT

Parking and Gate: – In this Era, Parking is necessary in every house whether it is for Car or Motorcycle. So, in this plan we have structured a lot of space for parking like you get about 10×15 Feet space for Car Parking. In this parking space You can park 1 car comfortably. Below the parking area, we have also made a water tank, which can be made bigger or smaller according to your need. For Entrance, we have given Space of 1 Gate of 10 Feet Size that is enough for the Entrance of Car as well as people. In this Plan We have taken care of Ventilation also.

Stairs/Porch: – To go to the First Floor, we have made stairs from the outside of which entrance is given from the parking area. Width of the Ladder is given around 3.5 Feet that is comfortable to upstairs the Ladders. In front you will also get a Porch area of 16×4 Feet size that is comfortable to place around 7-8 Chairs for Sitting.

Living/Dining area: – Living room is designed in plan by keeping in mind to sit middle family having size of 15×20 Feet. This space also can be used to set up a Sofa or dining table for 15-20 people. Here you will also get Toilet Facility near by living room that is connected with all bedrooms and kitchen also that will be easy to reach any section of the house. Other than this you will also get one ventilation part in the utility area.

Kitchen: – Moving forward to this Plan One kitchen having proper ventilation that is window part from the utility area. The size of the kitchen is 12×7 Feet which is sufficient for cooking food and placing one refrigerator.

Bedroom: – In this plan, a 2 Bedroom Set Section is planned to have an area of 150 Square Feet each that is enough space to place bed and TV area. Here OTS section is planned for ventilation in both bedrooms one bedroom is having attached bathroom.
